Mr. Randy Hickman, Director of Corporate Affairs, has over twenty-three years of executive business experience in development, construction, acquisition, and consulting with Fortune 500 Corporations. Mr. Hickman’s career has included the development and construction of over 7,000 homes, international consulting to Egypt and the Middle East Regions, and the construction and development of Power Plants throughout the world. Mr. Hickman has also served as a professor in the California State University System. Mr. Hickman earned his Baccalaureate Degree at Fort Hays State University and his MBA Degree from National University.

Rory Hickman, Director of Educational Technology:

Rory Hickman is the Director of Preliminary Development for Mission Pacific Schools. Mr. Hickman has been a pioneer in Internet commerce development for the past decade. Mr. Hickman has created multi-million dollar e-commerce corporations for interior design, sports and racing, travel, and auctions world-wide. As well, Mr. Hickman has been responsible for all IT Development and Management for Rantec Development. Mr. Hickman will guide the development of projects through the preliminary and start-up phases of the school development. Mr. Hickman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University San Marcos and his Master of Arts in Management with emphasis in Organizational Leadership from National University.

Timothy N. Shelton, Director of Education, Policy and Compliance:

Mr. Timothy N. Shelton, Director of Education, Policy and Compliance, has 23 years of educational experience working with high school and junior high school students; teaching, coaching and in administration. Mr. Shelton’s teaching career has included the disciplines of math, science and religious studies. His administrative responsibilities have included the growth and development of two successful athletic programs. Mr. Shelton has earned undergraduate degrees from TrinityWestern College and Trinity College. He also completed three years of study at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mr. Shelton also has served in an advisory role to the California Interscholastic Federation, the state of California’s high school athletic governing board.

Mark A. Smith, Director of Virtual and Distance Learning:

Mr. Mark A. Smith, Virtual Education Developer, has more than 20 years of educational experience working with secondary students; teaching and coaching. He has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Mr. Smith’s coaching experience also includes 3 years at the NCAA Division I collegiate level. Mr. Smith’s business experiences included managing construction companies and owning and operating athletic clubs. Mr. Smith also brings years of technological expertise in all aspects of computer education from programming and hardware to software design and user adaptations. Mr. Smith has earned his B.A. in Humanities from San Diego Christian College and his M.A. in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University.
