FAQs
  • What type of student does Mission Pacific seek?

Mission Pacific embraces students who are stimulated by a college preparatory, high-caliber educational challenge.  We welcome students who are interested in gaining a high school education through the use of technology and time-honored traditions found within a superior education.  We invite all students to apply to MPHS, however to insure the continued success of an individual student, we do require a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA upon enrollment.

  • What are "Areas of Concentrations?"

Mission Pacific is proud to offer students the opportunity to enhance their personal education experience.  Such programs as Computers & Programming, Musical, Performing, & Visual Arts and Religious Studies will be offered immediately.  Additional concentrations including Architectural Design, Culinary Studies, Fashion Design, Business and Multimedia Design will be added as enrollment and interest increases.  A completion of six (6) semester units in any of the aforementioned opportunities will accompany the student's diploma as verification of that student's choice of concentration.  Please note, a concentration is not mandatory for graduation.

  • When will Mission Pacific High School open?

We are excited to announce that Mission Pacific will be open to students beginning August 2008.  Registration for Mission Pacific will begin October 15, 2007.  We look forward to personally talking with you and answering any additional questions.

  • What will be the student/teacher ratio?

In an attempt to maximize the learning opportunity of each student, we target a 20/1 student/teacher ratio.  Occasionally that ration could fluctuate depending on the graduation requirements each student.
